1) Get answers to my comments on the 2022 documents.

2) Test a DS200 for "Ballot Too Long" error:

      * Hold a ballot to prevent it from feeding.

      * Insert a real, over-long ballot (DS200 can take a 19" ballot).
        (Acceptable length is probably programmed per election).

3) Manual page 63:  "Can a voter request an Official (to) insert their
                    ballot into the Tabulator?"  The answer of "No."
                    seems wrong, as was verified last year by the BOE.
                    Also, the rest of the text in the published answer
                    does not relate to the question asked in the FAQ.

4) Manual page 45:  What is the valid HAVA date for an NC driver
                    license?  The previous answer I got from the BOE was
                    that the license must not have expired.  This page
                    still seems to allow it to have expired up to three
                    months ago.  I suspect "This is not our text so we
                    can't clarify it." is the answer I'll get.



Suggestions/Questions unanswered from my 2021 postmortem:

 1) On assignment, are Precinct Officials told to start carefully
    monitoring the email address that they registered with the BOE and
    are they told to monitor its "spam folder"?

 2) Provide a way to test the scanner, e.g., with some test barcodes.

 3) Are the documents still inconsistent about the need to charge the
    scanner overnight?  We always do the charging, per the Quick Guide.

 4) Is it no longer required to check for cell phone text messages?
    That's good, if so.  It was a pain.  I see this was dropped from the
    CJPG day checklist.  Intentional?

 5) Are all the cell phones on the "Do Not Call" registry?  We got spam
    calls.

 6) Clarify Observer access to "lists" in your documentation.  I think
    we know what to do, but it's not what the document says.

 7) Why must ATV boxes be transported by CJs on pickup and dropoff?
    They take up a lot of space and don't seem to have any big security
    concerns.

 8) Say it is OK to empty and flatten a pollbook box if its contents can
    be returned in other pollbook boxes.  Those boxes are a very big
    space consumer.  I could just barely fit two in my car Tuesday
    night; I called the BOE and was allowed to fold the third.

 9) Provide a link to BallotTrax in the Absentee FAQs.

10) Address AirTable printing problems.

    In 2019 you could get a nice, printable, 5-page pdf file with this
    information.  (I saved a hardcopy if you want to see it.)  Such a
    printout is no longer possible.
