  Voter has brought ATV and HRF from another precinct
  Send voter to HT with the ATV and HRF they already have
  No other action is taken by RT


===========================  ALL OTHER VOTERS  =========================

## Tell voter to have their photo ID ready for later in the process
##    It should be removed from wallet, etc.

   If voter forgot to bring photo ID, tell them they can go retrieve it
   and return to the RT line.  Or they can vote provisionally now, which
   would require a later trip to the BOE office to show the photo ID.

## Ask voter to state their:
##       name, address, party affiliation, [and party choice if UNA]
##    Interweave the prompts and responses as appropriate
## Find associated ATV in pollbook (don't detach it yet)
## Repeat to voter the found ATV [and party choice if UNA] data:
##     name, address, party affiliation, [and party choice if UNA]
## Get confirmation from voter
## [For UNA voter, mark ATV per voter's party choice      ]
## [   Mark appropriate party choice checkbox             ]
## [   Cross out all OTHER ballot styles at bottom of ATV ]
## Check for registration issues

   Record any registration issues on an HRF if such issues are found
       * Not in pollbook  (= ATV not found)
       * "V" on ATV       (= Verify Address)
       * "A" on ATV       (= Absentee)
       * Party dispute  (must cross out all ballot styles on ATV)
       * Wrong address  (must cross out all ballot styles on ATV)

   Note: "ID" designation on ATV is now *IGNORED* by RT.

   If "ID EXEMPT" on ATV, go to "Finish Up"  (no Photo ID check needed)

## Ask voter for their photo ID
      If not a valid type, ask the voter if they have another

   If voter presents no ID of a valid type
      Complete HRF with ALL appropriate issues marked
      Send voter to HT with HRF and detached ATV (if an ATV was found)

## Examine photo ID in detail
##    <Have already determined above that photo ID is a valid type>
##    Photo image is a reasonably match to voter
##    Name is a reasonable match to name on ATV (if an ATV was found)
##    Expiration dates met (see Expiration Date Checking flowchart)

## Return photo ID to voter!!!  <========== DON'T FORGET TO DO THIS

   Record any photo ID identification issues on an HRF
