Bags and Reconciliation Form

• Complete the Checklist on each bag even if empty:
  • White ATV Bag(s)
  • Red Provisional Ballots and Pollbook Pages Bag
  • Spoiled Forms and Ballots Bag
  • Emergency Bin Ballots Bag
• Complete and sign your Reconciliation Form.  You will need the following items:

  Note:  The number of ballots issued for the precinct (the ballots given to the Chief Judge at Weekend Pickup) is found on the Precinct Ballot Styles Packing List and on the ends of the cardboard ballot boxes.
• Confirm the Pay Sheet is complete and signed.
• Complete all of the Checklist items on the Blue Reconciliation Items Bag.  Don't forget to place the lanyard with the Black and Yellow Keys inside the bag.
• Complete the Checklist on the Gold Envelope.  Don't forget to record the number of provisional envelopes in the Red Provisional Ballots and Pollbook Pages Bag where indicated on the Gold Envelope.
• Place all three bags (red, white, and blue), the orange box, and the Gold Envelope into the Chief Judge Supply Bag.

This is a suggested replacement for the form on page 33 of the CJPG. Reasons had been sent before in emails and were marked on some previous versions of the CJPG that I returned at Tuesday dropoff.
