                  Changing colors of last change dates

Set current line to first line in body.   Then do in order:

   change /"updatedn"/"updated"/ *

   change /"updatedncd"/"updatedn"/ *

   change /"updatednld"/updatedncd" for those before "separation date"

Leave as "updatednld" the dates on or after the "separation date"

Can include in Descriptions some items with change dates later than the
actual Descriptions separation date.  If so, be sure to use proper
padding if "updated" or "updatedn" are in Descriptions.
