Ask Phil Phillips for mats for Lobby entrance and Hall curbside entrance. ================================ Monday Afternoon Setup ================================ Set up diagrams/notes table. Check latest furniture layout for possible restoration; take pictures if needed. Check trash can placements and chairs for Voting Enclosure barricade and Hall entry sign. If rain might occur, prepare rain table and mats. Get from Pollbook Box #1: Paysheet and long ("weekend") list of absentee voters. Count entries. Put long list of absentee voters near entry door by RT lines. Set up and check Tabulator Base; ensure both bins and blue ballot box are empty. Place some signs by Tabulator Base for attachment on Tuesday morning. Distribute my folders/contents and any forms from gray bin to work areas. Set up ExpressVote and place information sheets by it. Do inside and outside setup using my diagrams. For outside, also see "Outside Signs and Curbside" sheet. RT: Set up pollbook binders with inserts and letter-allocation label pages. RT: Use file jackets and paper sheets to make RT line signs with large letters. RT: Check pollbooks for printing errors. BT: Test scanner [if supplied] and leave it charging overnight.
